Andrew Pearson
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Andrew is a U.S. Air Force veteran and experienced recruiter specializing in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, logistics, and skilled trades hiring. His military background and years of recruiting in technical industries give him a practical understanding of the roles, environments, and hiring challenges his clients face.
He founded Formation Talent Solutions with the belief that great recruiting starts with understanding the business, the work, and the people behind every hire. Today, Andrew works directly with every client to develop recruiting strategies, proactively identify qualified talent, and build lasting partnerships through responsive service and honest communication.
Kadyn Pearson
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Kadyn co-founded Formation Talent Solutions with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional client service. As Chief Operating Officer, she leads the company's operations, business development, marketing, and client experience, helping ensure every partnership receives responsive communication and personalized support.
Working closely with prospective and existing clients, Kadyn is committed to building lasting relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and follow through. She believes great partnerships are built on trust, communication, and doing what you say you're going to do.
